General

Transform Fit Club is a studio that offers functional training and physical therapy for athletes, weekend warriors, weight loss transformation, and working professionals.

We are located at 1515 W. Carroll Avenue, Chicago, IL on the second floor.
Monday – Thursday 5 AM – 9 PM
Friday 5 AM – 8 PM
Saturday 7 AM – 5 PM
Sunday 8 AM – 4 PM

Yes, our team has sports performance experience to train youth, high school, college, and pro athletes.

Personal Training

Sessions usually consist of a full-body workout that incorporates dynamic warmup, resistance training, and stretching. The focus of each session is to progress towards your goals, refine your movements, improve strength, and make sure your body moves efficiently and safely.
